Facilities for Hire

Following the daily changes in guidance and the increasing warnings around Covid 19 as part of your booking each team should be keeping a register of the names and contact information of every person that attends your booked session at All Hallows. 


In order to assist with the NHS Test and Trace and as a way to increase the safeguarding measures we have put in place we are requesting that from Monday, 21st September, each team forwards a copy of their register to  us after their booked session. This information will be stored securely for the required 21 day period and is purely for NHS Test & Trace purposes. All details will then be destroyed in line with current GDPR regulations.

All Hallows has indoor and outdoor facilities available for hire by community groups

These facilities include:


  • Sports hall:  3 x badminton courts, floor markings for various activities, changing rooms with toilet facilities.

  • Main Hall: Large space with a stage ideal for drama or dance groups.

  • 3G Pitch & Outside Courts: Space for 11 a-side matches or 3 x 5-7 a-side matches. Floodlit for all year-round use. Changing rooms with shower and toilet facilities.

  • Romero Conference Centre: Conferences, meeting rooms or training facilities. Hospitality packages are available (visit romerocentre.org.uk for full price lists and packages).
