We offer a varied Programme to support students in applications to both universities and apprenticeships. Students have opportunities to visit Russell Group universities like Liverpool and Manchester in year 12, to help them make an informed choice. We also have visitors from other universities to speak to students, including from Oxford and Cambridge. In addition to this we are also hosting our first careers fair. We welcome back former students who are currently on apprenticeships to come and talk about their experiences. Manchester Metropolitan will also be coming to talk to students about degree apprenticeship opportunities.

Throughout the sixth form we support students with careers guidance: all sixth form students will receive a careers interview during their time in sixth form. We also offer support with applications through a platform called Unifrog. This allows students to compare apprenticeships and university courses, as well as support with personal statements.
