It’s about us and it’s about you…
All Hallows offers excellent professional development opportunities for all staff in structured programmes of high value. We are the National Champion Centre for training in the Teacher Effectiveness Enhancement Programme (TEEP). We are also a Lead Practitioner Accreditation Centre and actively encourage reflection and research so that teachers constantly deepen professional knowledge and fine-tune their practice. Leadership development is also provided with NPQSL, NPQML and NAML programmes delivered on site by our own accredited trainers. Working at All Hallows is an opportunity to join a positive learning community, inspired by Christian values, which focuses on the art, craft and science of teaching, as a noble vocation, in a place where students enjoy learning.
For all posts we are seeking well qualified, good honours graduates who are passionate about teaching and learning, have excellent subject knowledge, and possess the skills to inspire and motivate students to think ethically and achieve highly. Applications from newly qualified teachers for main scale posts are welcome.
We value our distinctive nature as an inclusive faith school welcoming students and staff from a rich variety of backgrounds. Our specialisms of business, ethical enterprise and languages have won national recognition, and we place a unique emphasis on outdoor learning through our market gardens and farm.
The College has been deemed to be outstanding in two successive Ofsted inspections in April 2011 and more recently in December 2014.
