All Hallows Catholic College
Meet All Hallows Governing Body
Foundation
Mrs C Watson (Chair)
I live and worship as part of the Saint Albans Catholic Community. I am immensely proud of our outstanding education provision from pre-school to 6th form and have two children benefiting from an excellent value based catholic education. I’m grateful to the staff and all involved in our church schools and welcome the opportunity to contribute. I work as Head of Human Resources, Training and Volunteering for a respected and complex local healthcare charity and have over 20 years’ experience in Human Resource Management and post graduate qualifications in Management, employment law and counselling. I believe some of my skills and competencies can add value in a school setting.

Ms A Caine (Vice-Chair)
I have been a governor at All Hallows Catholic College since 2009. Initially as a parent governor and from 2013, a Vice Chair Foundation governor. I am a qualified nurse, on the Specialist Practitioner professional Register for Occupational Health.
I am the Director of a successful Occupational Health company which I founded 18 years ago.
I advise large companies on employee fitness for work and rehabilitation programmes.
I work with many complex cases which require a considerable amount of expertise, compassion and clinical judgement. I work closely with other professionals such as; HR advisors, employment law solicitors and Health and Safety managers.
During my time at All Hallows Catholic College, I have been part of the successful journey from school to Academy status. As governors we hold the Head and Senior Leaders accountable for the educational performance of all students and staff. We ensure the schools financial position is strong and funds are spent strategically to enhance the Catholic education we provide.

Mrs C Pickles
I joined All Hallows Catholic College as a Foundation Governor in 2023. As a Senior Leader within another Catholic school, I am passionate about Catholic education and ensuring all our children are encouraged to make the most of their God given talents. Within my role as a Governor, I hope to bring my experience of working in education to support and develop the College.

Mrs A Jamieson
I joined All Hallows as a Foundation Governor in 2022 and I have a strong passion for ensuring all young people are provided with a good education. I have a focus on STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subjects, promoting equality in the study of these subjects and look to provide opportunities in this area for all students irrespective of their gender or background. I have two children at the school and I am extremely grateful for the Outstanding level of Catholic education that they enjoy and embrace.
I have spent the majority of my professional career in various technical and manufacturing roles within the Pharmaceutical industry and I am now a Project Director at AstraZeneca. I work with global teams with different cultural backgrounds which I really enjoy as it brings diversity and learning opportunities. I look forward to bringing my skills and experience to the College to support and preserve the Catholic character of the school.

Miss L Alberti

An art and Design teacher for 16 years, Senior Leader for 8, I am now Director of an Arts Education Organisation, with the mission to ensure no young person is isolated due to additional need but has a place and an outlet for creativity and learning, that allows for raising of aspirations, self-value and connecting with community and place.

Mr J Moss
I am excited to be part of the All Hallows Governing Body having attended the school myself as a student and now having 2 boys attend the school, I have been and continue to be a beneficiary of this inspiring school.
As a Chartered Accountant I’ve worked in Audit and Financial management roles for many years but now enjoy running my own business supporting large companies with their financial IT solutions.
I’ve always had a love for physical education and have enjoyed coaching in my children’s teams as they’ve moved through various sports.
I hope I can add to the great work being done by the many long standing Governors and support the school with its goals and vision.
